Warwick Group Consultants provides a unique set of water resource policy services. We’re proud that the research and analyses of our staff have led to published articles and reports; but everything we do is designed to achieve tangible results, not just lay on a shelf.
Over the more than half-century that our staff has been involved with water resources, we have assisted State and Federal agencies by recommending policy strategies that will reduce costs, increase resiliency and have a greater likelihood of receiving federal funding. Led by Howard Marlowe, one of the foremost national experts in water resources policies, our staff members have analyzed alternative financing opportunities for engineering firms as well as advised them on adjusting their business models to take account of the declining role of the federal government in water resource projects. We have also brought together stakeholders to develop collaborative approaches to the regional management of our coastlines and their resources.
Whether it’s working to develop regional approaches to coastal resiliency projects, or finding alternative ways to finance water infrastructure projects, our goal is to put tools into the hands of the businesses and government officials who can use our work to achieve results.
Our areas of focus include:
- Coastal Sustainability and Resiliency
- Flood Control
- Inland Navigation
- Ports and Harbors
- Emergency Preparedness & Response
- Pre- and Post-Disaster Assistance
- Environmental Permitting
- Ecosystem Restoration
