Water Resources Council Meets to Consider Flood Risk Management Proposal

The long-dormant Water Resources Council has been resurrected by this Administration once again.  Though the announcement is date stamped October 2, it didn’t go public until today.  This meeting is to adopt Guidelines for Implementing Executive Order 11988, Floodplain Management, and Executive Order 13690, Establishing a Federal Flood Risk Management Standard.  See the announcement below…
